FW17 Introduction to Making Chain Jewelry - Oct 4, 2017

Join us for a three-hour workshop that will introduce you to the art of making chain jewelry. Using inexpensive copper wire, we will explore forming several variations on chain links and use those links to build a chain. You will also learn to make clasps to hold your chains together. Need a Christmas present for a loved one. This technique is great for making necklaces and bracelets.

About the Instructor: 

Debi Orton is an assistant instructor for our Silversmithing workshops.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Vermont Artists and Craftsmen.  Debi actively makes and sells beautiful silver jewelry, in addition to pursuing her passions for fiber arts.
