Alcohol inks are highly pigmented transparent inks that are perfect for non porous surfaces. The inks flow and merge magically to create vibrant and fascinating effects. During this workshop, Lisel will demonstrate a variety of ways to work with these gorgeous inks on various surfaces including yupo paper, glazed ceramic tile, and glass. Whether you are experienced in painting or brand new to it, you will find wonderful ways to express yourself and will create multiple works of art.

About the Instructor:Creative expression is right up there with eating, sleeping and breathing in Lis-el Crowley's world. She is always looking for new ways to express her own creative energy and to help others express theirs. She has worked for over 30 years as an artisan and teacher and currently owns and operates Art & Soul Gallery in Windsor, CT. Lis-el is a Senior Certified Art Clay Silver instructor, and is currently working in ceramic, metal clay, fused glass, fiber, and metal. Her work can be found in galleries and shops throughout New England.
