If you’ve always marveled at those beautiful stained glass windows and lamps and wondered how it was done, this is the class for you! Beginners will learn how to score, break, fit and solder stained glass and will be able to finish 3 or more projects depending on complexity. Intermediate students are encouraged to bring ideas and designs you would like to do or the instructor will help you select from many possible choices (i.e. Jewelry boxes, small lamps, window designs).

About the Instructor:Barbara Klumb is the owner and operator of Stained Glass Plus. She holds a BS degree in Art Education from Buffalo State College, Buffalo, NY. She has 25 years’ experience in stained glass work and was the owner of the stained glass shop in Hillsboro, NH for 8 years. Barbara has done repairs and restoration of stained glass windows in several historical buildings and churches in NH. She has done custom window designs for various homes in Concord, NH and the surrounding area and is proficient in lead came and Tiffany style (foil method) stained glass. Barbara has been a teacher at Fletcher Farm School for the Arts and Crafts in Ludlow, VT since 1996 and is a member of the Society of Vermont Artists and Craftsmen.
