Learn the basics of CAD Software, 3D Printing and 3D Scanning. Design and make 3D models of your choice. We will cover: Digital applications for preparing a design; Scanning a 3D model; Applications for 3D design in gaming; Modifying existing models for 3D printing; Practical uses for 3D design in art applications; Multi-material projects; Selling your 3D models and CAD designs online. 3D Printers, Scanners, and Software will be provided. Please bring your own laptop, mobile device and imagination. This class will need to have internet access. Students under the age of 10 may need a parent to attend.

About the Instructor:

Janalyn Peppel is a Graphic Designer and 3D Enthusiast. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida with over 20 years experience owning and operating her own manufacturing business. Janalyn has been teaching 3D Printing and Design to all ages and skill levels for the past 5 years. She enjoys sharing 3D technology with artists to enhance their creative process.
