Class Description:

Baskets are a delightful introduction to the art of bead-weaving. While learning the stitches students will have an opportunity to design the pattern of their baskets and thus give their baskets their own personal touch. This two-day class will cover two stitches.

Instructor Biography:

In addition to teaching bead-weaving for many years Alyx has written two books on bead-weaving (26 Quick-Stitched Elements and Stitched Holiday Ornaments) and had several designs published in craft magazines. She has also served as a designer on an international team for a major bead manufacturer and had her work displayed in galleries.
