Registration Deadline: June 12, 2021
This will be a day-long early American decoration style workshop. The small boxes will be made from lightweight cardboard which will be cut, sewn, and covered with decorative papers which will be provided along with the patterns. If time allows, more than one box may be made.
NOTE: Tuition includes a $25 one-time registration fee. If you have already paid the fee, it will be deducted from your total before your card is charged.
Mary Avery has been a juried member of HSEAD, Inc. since 1996 and a teacher of Early American Decorative Art since 1979 in her private studio. She has exhibited her work at the University of Connecticut Library and Sturbridge Village Museum in Massachusetts where she demonstrated Country Tin Painting as well. She also has done restorative work in country tin, bronze powder stenciling and gold leaf.
