Instructor: Karen Sugalski
Wet felting allows for the wool to express itself and not always do what the artist intended. This class will cover the history of felting, types of wool and the equipment used. Students will create three projects of increasing difficulty. We will create a nuno felted scarf, a frameable picture and a 3D vessel/bowl. Each project is designed to allow the student to test different wet felting techniques and their own creativity. No artistic talent is necessary. Students will also learn finishing and display techniques for their art.
Materials Fee: $35 + supply list
