Our mission is to provide high-quality arts and crafts education at a reasonable cost.

Learn traditional and innovative techniques across more than 14 specialties, at a relaxed historic farm setting, in Vermont’s Okemo Valley, while promoting entrepreneurship and community involvement.

Workshops taught by professional artists and craftsmen.

This means our instructors are teaching artists and craftsmen that share their skill, experience, and a bit of history. As a student, you learn something new or expand your knowledge, and walk away with a finished product. 

Workshops are organized to allow beginners and intermediate learners to gain experience while professionals hone their craft with peers and the instructor. Many workshops offer educators the opportunity to earn professional development points toward certification.

Entrepreneurs promoted through the gift shop, festivals, and a professional community.

Many students learn their craft well enough to start their own studios or businesses. Our instructors are well versed in the business of art and crafts. Oftentimes, workshops include resources for tools and materials. And instructors often offer resources to assist in expanding student inquiry.

To support our artisan and professional community, Fletcher Farm operates a gift shop where member’s goods are for sale. The gift shop is volunteer-based and is open mid-June through early September.

In addition, we host two festivals each summer where members can exhibit and sell their artwork and handicrafts to the community and visitors to the Okemo Valley region.
