Class Description:

Learn how write the stories you already know in compelling and entertaining ways. On day one we will use special prompts and exercises designed to help you build strong characters, dialogue and action. On the second day we’ll play with language, metaphor, rhythm and tone to bring your unique story to life.

Instructor Biography:

Linda Peckel has a BA in Creative Writing and Journalism from Boston University, a certificate in Film from NYU, and an MFA from Western Connecticut State University. She has taught Creative Writing and Journalism at the latter for three years. She has written hundreds of articles on art and science, three screenplays and recently completed a thriller novel.
