Description

Explore your imagination as you cut, bend, weld, and braise steel and brass into fantastical shapes that are only limited by your imagination.

You will explore techniques in welding, brazing and forming sheet metal into 2D and 3D shapes. Learning is hands on. Beginners start by making a 2D wall hanging and then using those skills to build manipulation techniques to create your own 3D sculpture. Advanced students work on self-directed projects of their choice.

Explore organic and geometric forms, using a plasma cutter, torches, hand tools, and your own imagination. TIME WILL FLY BY.

This is a flexible 2-day workshop. Choose the days that work best for you! For new students, DAY 1 and DAY 2 will cover the basics.  You will have time to be creative and if you’re interested, learn how to setup your own home studio.

All abilities are welcome and workshops days are usually filled with multiple skill levels all exploring together to develop new skills and individually unique creations.
